MTO or customs production time is 8-10 weeks to complete and ship out. Depending on the season.You’ll automatically receive tracking information to your provided email at time of purchase. Check your spam box, sometimes they’re sneaky! Once the package has left my tiny hands I have no control what the post office does or doesn’t do. You can also purchase extra insurance. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen items, but absolutely shoot me a email about it! I’m not a monster lol 🧟‍♀️
